We start the EP with a house-infused ambient/downtempo piece; 'North Polar Stars', this track is a dreamy sonic introduction (and reminder) of Mother Nature's beauty. As the shimmering sun reflects off of still, calming waters, the peripheral sway of lush grass fields dance in a hypnotic rhythm you just can't help but move with. This track is masterfully infused with a joyous bounce of uplifting energy, to be perfectly combined with some mycelial delights.

The second on the release 'Brilliant Evening Planets' follows the previous track amazingly, beautiful luscious pads with an entwined groovy warmth, all which maintain the sensual euphoria that oozes out of all Alex Silvi's tracks. The morning sun graces everything in it's warming gaze over the vibrant green plains below. Life has begun again today - as the birds begin to sing, the flowers stretch out their limbs, close their eyes and face smiling towards the warm orange glow of the sun. The newly arisen insects begin their daily activity, you step back to take it all in, a harmonious organism existing in complete symbiosis, helping each other reach a tranquil balance where all can thrive.

'Quantum Limit' is a perennial ambient trance number which has, and will continue to stand the test of time. A medium weight driving trance tune layered with transient ARP's and an iconic synth line, an all time classic that explores visions of a retro-futurist utopia. As you walk through the local clusters service station, the brushed steel panels of well maintained machinery reflect the artifical light in an ambient illumination and soft glow. All of this equipment must be kept sterile to avoid any contamination when used for deep space expeditions. As you look up at the gigantic structure of smooth steel bodywork and high-propulsion magnetic engines. It really dawns on you just how far humanity has come.
