An unknown artist, who we’d bet is Sub Code Records' boss Lavery aka Puffin’ Billy, the debut release on Sub Code’s MILLIE sub-label eschews jungle in favour of four four happy hardcore. The a-side, ‘So High’, embraces rave’s love of a novelty sample before the euphoric keys and orchestral stabs kick in. Which is to say, it may not be to everyone’s taste.
