Nucleus – Under The Sun (Be With Records)

Ian Carr’s fusion band Nucleus, which lasted from 1969 to 1989 before various one-off reformations to perform in the 2000s, has a well-deserved reputation as a pioneering act, infusing rock, funk, psychedelia, pop and more into their jazz sound. In recent years, various of their sought after albums have been reissued. ‘Under The Sun’, originally released in 1974, highlights their appeal. With the high energy playing and vivacious hooks of tracks such as ‘In Procession’ balanced by softer, more muted moments of introspection, like ‘Pastoral Graffiti’, it's a full emotional spectrum workout. \n \nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p3XOw0KmJE0&ab_channel=Nucleus-Topic \n \nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jFGslHiqRLk&ab_channel=Nucleus-Topic
